I love his book on fasting and how fasting cures the body and how God gave us the gift of fasting to heal us physically, emotionally and spiritually. I bought it on audio and listen to it every day as I walk around NYC where I live. It is inspiring! Hunger is so mental. I love to fast, because it actually satisfies like nothing else can in so many ways. It really does make us closer to God as Christians. I also like fasting from TV when I fast from food...
Dr. Colbert is one of the best doctors of our time.
