want to express my concern about a recent experience. I urgently needed my blood pressure and cholesterol medications, but I was told that I first had to complete lab work and then schedule an appointment in order for the prescriptions to be sent. I don’t understand why this is necessary—especially in the case of high blood pressure, which is a chronic condition that does not require lab work for diagnosis or continued treatment.
