Office staff very dismissive of patients . There was an issue with my referral that my PCP didn't send over properly and they wanted it to say exactly certain things.And it took about an hour and a 1/2.To get my doctor to get it right with the office.But in the meantime I sat there And I asked if Doctor Anderson would still see me since it was clear I had insurance. Had an appointment but woke up not feeling well. Called to cancel and was told my appointment was already canceled the day before. I received no notice of this cancelation.
Doc Anderson is the best!!!! ❤️ He did surgery on my son’s Achilles tendon. The most skilled and kindest orthopedic surgeon in Florida. Thanks Doc!
