Bad experience.
We have taken our 3.5 year old son there, and now our newborn daughter since our son was a couple of weeks old and never looked back! We love her, her dedication to informed consent, and not making us feel rushed or pushed into making any choices right then and there. We have received exceptional care for our kiddos while seeing her, and have typically been able to get in for random illnesses in a timely fashion.
