I recently requested 2 medical statements to be filled out by this doctor and he wanted to charge me $400.00 per statement while I have cal-optima to appeal to the SSA. It's outrageous and from my research he is prohibited from charging while I'm receiving public assistance I couldn't afford $800.00. I then requested my complete medical records digital copies' to be sent via email and still didn't receive after 23 days... Very bad experience with this doctor. Don't recommend. They scheduled me for a date the office was closed. And I wasted my time driving all the way to their office.
The billing is terrible, over charged in a preventative visit.
