Have been with Dr. Perrino and her husband who is also a DO for 27 years. They have taken care of myself and many family members with compassion ,expert care ,and successful outcomes. I highly recommend them.
Called to schedule an appointment because it states on their website accepting new patients . I was turned down. Receptionist was extremely rude and outright stated they are only accepting new patients if they are family members of their current patients . Think this is awful and discriminatory. I guess not all patients matter .
Why is this doctor even showing up available on insurance plans? I called and the receptionist was rude and said we are not taking any new patients before I even asked if i had called the right number. Customer service where? I understand that they are not taking any at the moment but why the attitude. Also if they are not taking new patients they should update that for insurances plans.
