They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
