I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Dijana Jefic at St. Rose Hospital where my brother was admitted. Dr.Jefic is knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. I thank God that my brother has such an amazing doctor. I pray everyone in need of a specialist doctor is blessed to have someone like Dr. Jefic taking care of their medical needs. Edit** I had a very tough time calling their office three days in a row. I was afraid I would run out of medication because I had just assumed they would refill the digital request from my pharmacy. It was when I finally decided to email them that the request for refill was answered and I was able to get my meds the day before they ran out. Hoping that the phone situation gets fixed. It really is a bit of an inconvenience and stressor.
I have never had a harder time trying to get in touch with a doctors office before. Three days in a row I called to get my prescription refilled and all three days their phone number cuts straight to a voicemail service that doesn't even allow you to leave a voicemail. I am now going to run out of my medication before they supposedly open next. This is horrible. Would have given 1 star but a couple months ago they did answer their phone the few times I called.
