To much expensive Charging 185$/hr+tax from shop to at location truck. Also trying everything to not doing anything on the shoulder. If need tow truck to park somewhere why need to road side assistance?
Called Mike early Monday Morning dispatch service tech too Aldi Dwight for Def issue on my Tractor 2019 Freightliner Casscadia The Tech came relatively quick and spent a few short minutes too Determine that the Def pump was bad so Dr Diesels fee was 417.00 and Now I needa Tow Truck had the Tractor Towed back too our Shop and had our Mechanic look it over and determine it was just a O ring causing the leak No Need for a New Def Pump it was just a very expensive Monday I will never call Dr Diesel again total Ripoff.
