The staff was welcoming and attentive. Dr. Ross has followed my sister and I with unfailing attention to our health care needs. I hold his service and dedication in high regard.

Dr. Ross has been my doctor for years and I respect his judgement on my health. he is always willing to answer questions and never makes you feel rushed. Wouldn't change him!

Late to enter the exam room but no mention of regret for having to wait. She stood up, closed file, and put her hand on the door knob 4 times during my appointment…obviously she was done with my appointment. She did not ask me if I had questions…ZERO beside manner. It was a challenge to get her to “ entertain “ any questions I had about my cancer. She gave me the “something smells” face when I asked the few questions I could. Everyone in the office is friendly and compassionate. Considering most of the people are not your average patient going in for a cold. Nursing staff is always professional and Dr Ross is a man who cares about my health.
