She seemed to not care about my concerns. Seems rushed and ready for her next patient.
Finally diagnosed me with many problems I had been silently struggling with for years, incredibly supportive, and passionate about getting down to the root of the problem and stopping it completely.
We love Dr Matsumoto. She really cares about her patients.
Dr M shoves depression down children’s throats, based off a short piece of paper she continued to tell me that I was depressed and that’s not the case. It’s inappropriate to accuse someone over and over that they are depressed. Do not recommend.
Dr. Matsumoto is always kind and thorough. You can tell she is passionate about what she does.
Dr. Diane Matsumoto is fantastic. I am a medical professional and the way she interprets my questions and explains her answers makes me feel very confident in her skills and knowledge as a provider. She has 6 children herself and her husband is a medical doctor as well. With this background, she has experienced and seen it all herself. She understands where you are coming from as a parent, is very sincere and very realistic with her approach to new mothers. I highly recommend her.
I would give Dr. Matsumoto more than 5 stars if possible! We continue to drive back to Ahwatukee after moving to Gilbert because we love this office so much. She is so encouraging to me as a mom, spends as much time as I need and has such a positive impact on my daughters. Her office always fits us in same-day if needed and the after hours line is so helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate my family and in the 7 years that we have been attending I couldn't be happier!
