Great doctor. She sat with me for quite a long time and discussed my options. I did follow through and I’m doing much better now.
"I had a horrible experience with Dr. Diane Jackson-Richards. She was dismissive with my rash and seemed bothered by my questions. I am 70 years old and asked her if I could have a body check (which I have never had). She said "well, if you really want one I guess I could do it". She was walking away as she said it and was gone! I was shocked by her attitude and lack of concern for me as a patient. Update - another dr. found a growth in my ear and I am going in today for a biopsy. "
