Not happy with this Doctor. I seen her around the first part of November of 2025. I told her about my right ear hurting and she gave me some drops to put in my ears. The drops did not help so I called her office and then someone called me back. I told that person that I needed something stronger. No one called me back and no one called my pharmacy, The pharmacy said he would call her. Well I HAVE not heard from anyone about some medication. So I will not be going to her again. I will find someone else.
A physician that takes time to listen and ask questions. I've never felt like she is trying to move on to the next thing.
Dr. Diana Roy understand my problem and prescribed right medicine.
Dr. Diana Roy is a pleasure to have as my doctor! She is both compassionate and knowledgeable when discussing health issues. She listens to you as a patient and treats you as a partner in addressing any health care concerns. I really appreciate having her as my primary care doctor!
