This office is terrible. We waited for 8 months for doctor appointment. Me and my kid took day off and visited the office just to see the notice on the door about doctor unavailability. We were very disappointed that we were not seen by doctor. We were hoping to get a solution for my son's problem. While we understand that doctor can be sick too, why can't we be informed upfront over email about unavailability. We are very unhappy. No response to phone calls or e-mail.
I don't have a vehicle and I live out of town. My mother was gracious enough to lend me her SUV for me to get to this appointment the other day, where I find this sign on the door. I missed hours of work for nothing, borrowed my mom's SUV for nothing, and in general wasted my time. This office/doctor have no respect for patients or they would have called the people who had appointments when they knew Khalil was sick. Common respect/decency. Would give 0 if I could. Absolutely terrible experience with the receptionist, she needs some training.
I wish I could share my experience regarding the service I received but I didn't receive it. I waited for 6 months then I called over 20 times to try to confirm my appointment, because that is what it said I should do in the letter I received but nobody picked up. I went for my appointment today anyways and when I got there, there was nobody there. There was only a note on the door saying to email the receptionist.
