Excellent service. The doctor was knowledgeable, and the receptionist was very helpful. Appointment was right on schedule.
I had the best experience with Dr. Khalil. She is very professional and efficient. She wasted no time with helping me with my issues. I would recommend her to anyone. The receptionist was very kind to me and has a very welcoming personality.
My family doctor sent my twin daughters’ files incorrectly. Because of a name mistake, she refused to check my daughter, even though I had waited 6 months for the appointment. She promised to give me a new appointment in 1–2 weeks, but more than a month has passed. Nobody has called me and they don’t answer the phone. This is really terrible.
Dr khalil is an amazing doctor. Has always been extremely professional. People need to realize she is there to save your life. NOT be your friend. She is a bit buisness only. After seeing her on many occasions she is nothing but qualified and professional. I am lucky to have her skills and qualifications on my team. I do agree the receptionist could cheer up a bit. Didn't really find her a warm friendly addition to any office. Seems to drop the ball allot.
They wasted two weeks to just book a specialist appointment for another year.
