Have no doubt she is a competent Dr. but her back office is incompetent. I have been verbally abused by her office manager and lied to by her staff. They charged double procedures to my insurance company. They have no way of communicating with other Doctor’s, patients or medical personnel except through fax. On the day of a major surgery I received a hand written note giving me 30 days to find a new doctor in 30 days. No reason given . I have never disrespected her or her office people. RUN!

Thank you for believing in Dr. Gorokhovsky competency as physician. On the other hand your assumption of our practice is inaccurate. The statement regarding billing is incorrect, we can't find any error in billing. We went beyond our responsibility. Multiple hours were spend in trying to gather information which you and your previous doctor failed to provide, you managed to call our office dozen of times with accusations and aggravation. For these reasons you were discharged from practice.
Honest, friendly, straight-forward. Staff is friendly and generally just awesome.
Dr. Gorokhovsky is a genuinely wonderful doctor. She listens. Asks the right questions. Gets to know her clients. She treats patients with respect, almost always on time. Staff is wonderful.
Had a wellness visit which is covered by my insurance 100% and was charged for it. I did not complain on anything , just answered the doctor's questions about my medical issues which almost everyone has after 50. The doctor's assessment itself was very poor and lasted not more than 5 minutes. I was not given any treatment, real recommendations, or prescriptions except taking OTC vitamins and was charged as though my medical issues were addressed. Say nothing when you come to a wellness visit!
Dr. G affects the lives of her patients.. This is the nature of her profession but also has to do with her level of commitment to providing the best care possible?a great bedside manner
