Dr. Pillai office in palmdale had thee dumbest people working there. The office is so out dated. lisa the "office manager" doesn't even now anything about the medical field. I have never in my life witnessed such incompetent people. I'm sure Stephanie was probably trained by lisa, because she just as dumb as her!!!!! save you time and go to a different doctor! its like they hired rejects that couldn't make it into the circus!!!
His palmdale location is the smallest most outdated medical office I've ever been to. Run by an office lady who is so scatter brained she loses all of your paperwork. It's taken me a month to get an MRI referral and I know it's because she forgot and lies to people to make herself look good
I would consider him a "get it done" kind of doctor. He is straight forward and gets to the point. He has been great at listening to what I think is going on, asking based on that, testing or referring based on that and I'm out the door. I'm well informed and he is never dismissive. If you want warm and fuzzy he is not, but he is attentive. Only downside is kind of weird hours because of the two locations. Marks off are for the hours.
