Dr. Pillai is ok. His associate Ray is awesome. His office staff leaves alot to be desired. They are horrific when it comes to communication. The insurance group I have was dropped with no notice. So now hoops I have jump through to the keep the same specialists is ridiculous. So my conclusion is this, Dr. Pillai’s staff really needs to up their game. btw, after 6 years this office is no longer my primary care.
Terrible. He doesn't care about my health issues. He ordered blood work and some X-Ray, and when I went in after getting the tests done, he didn't even look at them.I had to beg him for help and to do a referral with specialists, since he doesn't care about anything.A
Dr Pillay and his staffs are horrible. Staffs are unbelievably rude and impolite! They rarely answer their phone and never return any messages left. After you have lab work done there is no follow up even if there are serious, life threatening health issues revealed in the tests! I've had 2 go 2 the hospital multiple times because they do not answer phones. For months I've tried 2 call with only 1 successful call!!!!
You know there is a problem when the NP doesn’t listen to your issues at hand, talks over you and then asks the same question after you’ve gave her the answer 3 times along with the little she does hear she has to look it up on web MD or online....
The girls at Dr. Pillai’s office are what holds his medical office together. (10+) They go above and beyond and try and help the patient as much as possible. They at least have compassion and empathy when they see someone suffering. As far as I’m concerned they should all get a raise for carrying as much weight as they do?? If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! He doesn't care at all what so ever, literally wants to get you out of the room as quick as possible. His staff is not friendly at all, they never call you back. Changed doctor and I filed a complaint against him. This is the worst office EVER!!! HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
