I was born at 24 weeks on June 1, 1992 in Fresno. I weighed 1 lbs. 6 oz. and was facing a long, hard road as a neonate. Dr. Chopra save my life! I was once told that when I was released from the hospital -at 4 months, he told my mother through tears that he didn’t think I’d survive. But I did. I’m now 25 years old. I am blind and I have mild cerebral palsy, but I am here! I will be forever grateful for everything he did to save me! I hope one day I will get the chance to tell him how grateful I am in person.
