I just don’t understand how a patient is telling you they are experiencing a chronic illness and you can’t even take the time to help them stating that you’ve never worked with them before so you have to refer them to someone else. Saw me for less than 5 minutes all she did was shine a light in my eye and went about her business & I thought doctors were suppose to be helpful & empathetic. Didn’t even take the time to listen to me or understand my condition.
Should be sued for malpractice and zocdoc should ban her. Another doctor (her brother or her husband) with same last name turns up into the examination room after your vitals have been done. Incompetent doctors who don’t care even to run relevant tests. Didn’t run the urine test for my sister complaining of uti which is pretty basic. Pushes for RETURN TO CLINIC for recurring visits and milking the patient.
