Dr Joshi took his time to thoroughly explain all options for removing my cataracts along with advising me on the best outcome for me personally. I was very nervous but he reassured me throughout the procedures. All the office staff are welcoming and professional. I am SO happy with my results.
Dr. Joshi and the entire staff were excellent to work with. It was my first visit and I really appreciated Everybody’s friendliness and professionalism. Including the front desk, which is a hard thing to come by. I was warned in advance to expect to spend approximately two hours and the actual time was two hours and 45 minutes. I ordinarily would not be willing to be so patient, but they were very thorough and I felt like it was absolutely worth it.
Everyone in the office was attentive and consoling. Wait time was short and Dr. Joshi is personable and cleared up all my doubts I had regarding my vision.
