Dr. Black and her team were very open and to the point about my diagnosis and what to expect from surgery and follow up visits. I left her office with a much more positive attitude than I went in with.
Every one including Dr. Black herself was friendly and professional. From time of check in until the time I left from getting pre-up paperwork and labs done every one was very helpful and explained every step of the process very well. My surgery is scheduled soon and I am pleased with care I have received and believe I have chosen a great physician and team for my care.
Dr Black took time with me and answered all questions . Her explanations were understandable and gave me confidence in her ability to help me in this critical time. Her nurse followed up with easily understood directions.
