This supposed doctor damaged my mother's ear and now she is partially deaf. She was referred to him for a totally-unrelated nose issue but this man decided to forcefully work on the earwax in one of her ears, picking away despite repeated pleas from my mom to stop because the pain was unbearable...but no, the guy kept going until she was literally bleeding from her ear!
