Doctor To is an amazing Dermatologist, and quite literally saved my life. He is kind, soft spoken, and knowledgeable in his field. He detected my skin cancer and has been part of my continuing follow ups, and has helped my mom fight her alopecia. 10/10 recommend Dr To! His receptionist is lovely and accommodating as well!
Dr. To is an empathetic and compassionate Dr. He listens to his patients and treats their conditions in a highly skilled manner. He is easy to talk to and I highly recommend him.
I literally hate giving reviews but this guy's so good at his field. Passionate and good. Had a severe case of Lichen Planus, he took 1 glance and diagnosed it and took a biopsy without me feeling a thing. Mind you, the hospital thought it was chicken pox. Absurd!!! I am currently following his medication and getting better that's why I thought to share my thoughts. Lets go Dr To!

He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. The entire experience—from check-in to consultation—was smooth and positive. I highly recommend Dr. TO to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.
From the moment I met Dr. To he gave me a feeling of hope. I had suffered for 15 years with psoriasis on my lower legs wasn't of the plaque variety. I had seen 2 other dermatologists of which one told me to lose weight and the other said there was nothing he could do - I begged my GP to send me to another I'm glad I did as she sent me to Dr. To. Dr. To has a wonderful bedside manner. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally good at his job. I’m appalled to view all these nasty comments about Dr. To online. Not pretentious in the least…great personality and sense of humour! Dr. To is the best! I consider myself very lucky and appreciative to have Dr. To as my dermatologist.
Very pretentious and arrogant. Poor bedside manner. Rushed through the appointment because he was running late. Seemed to lay blame on the patient for not letting him get to the next appointment by taking up his time when he as the specialist should have been proactive about asking questions and not the other way around.
