Dr. To has a wonderful bedside manner. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally good at his job. I’m appalled to view all these nasty comments about Dr. To online. Not pretentious in the least…great personality and sense of humour! Dr. To is the best! I consider myself very lucky and appreciative to have Dr. To as my dermatologist.
Very pretentious and arrogant. Poor bedside manner. Rushed through the appointment because he was running late. Seemed to lay blame on the patient for not letting him get to the next appointment by taking up his time when he as the specialist should have been proactive about asking questions and not the other way around.
