I found his bedside manner to be lacking. Dr. Jue has a rough approach and could improve his communication with patients.
Every time I see him he is just thorough and understanding. He goes through what's happening in detail. He's been great to me for a number of years, I really appreciate his advice. I came in and had a blood test with high cholesterol, but he didn't push statins right away for one test. I went and had my cholesterol checked again and it had dropped significantly from that time. Dr Jue has been looking after my wife and I, on and off, for the past 10 or so years. We have moved around the States a lot and have had several different family doctors and thus have good benchmarks for what makes a good practice.
