Dr. Cheng himself is very nice and knowledgeable, but what is the use of having a good doctor if you can never reach anyone on the phone for appointments and can't get your lab results without calling the medical records department at Cedars? It wasn't just once that this happened; it's consistently a problem. There are too many great doctors in the LA area with good staff to settle. Look elsewhere and hopefully, in time, Dr. Cheng will either lesson his patient load, or get better support staff
