This place was amazing! From the moment I walked in-the ladies at the front desk, Dr. Duke, his PA-Dan, and the ladies at the check out-my whole experience was terrific. I was treated like I was their only patient. I got the best care and can't believe I waited so long to get my back fixed. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely hideous outcome. I've been in severe pain for 25 years since he did my L5-S1 fusion. I came out of the operating room with a seven inch incision with no dressing. I heard the nurses talking about how terrible it was. Then I laid in bed for a week without PT seeing me. I literally screamed when they pulled me out of bed. Workers comp recommend Duke to me stating that he wa a good doctor and operated on all the doctors wives. My outcome was terrible. I have a pain pump now and live in chronic pain. Dr. Duke professionally,courteously and cordially attended to my wife. First time to meet him, and I think he is geniunely a good man. I and my wife are both pleased to have him as my wife's physician.
