To be honest this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but that’s the lowest I can rate them on here! Dr. Shah was trying to “take me for a ride” by telling me this appointment we are doing this then it turns into something different and now my condition is going to get worse if she continues to string me along just so she can charge my insurance! Can I go lower than 1 star? I started at this location when it opened 6 years ago. We liked the doctors and continued on with the practice even after the recent changes. Our experience at the front desk, however, is the reason for my low ratings they are not only inefficient and lazy they require to learn manners to talk to patients. The phone calls are never ever answered, and God forbid if there is a pending balance.
