The dentist told me that my mouth was so clean that I didn't need a cleaning but I was still billed for one. The woman who was supposed to polish my teeth.. or something? didn't know how to use the machine and dropped the pieces in my mouth and i almost choked.
Had a terrible experience. When I told Dr. Gentile was having trouble with my fillings he was rude and acted beyond unprofessional. He even told me was uncomfortable working on my teeth. Later his body language became threatening as he insulted me infront of one of his Assistants for suggesting there was something wrong with my fillings and that did not feel comfortable in his chair due to his irritable manner- even got irritated when I asked for glasses to shield me eyes. I had a terrible experience. He did not greet acknowledge me in anyway, was offended when I asked for glasses to shield my eyes from the light and nasty when I told him to check my previous fillings giving me trouble. Dr. Gentile acted so unprofessional. His demeanor was borderline threatening, rude and insulting. Cannot recommend this dentist. One of his Assistant had to drag him into his office to stop him from spewing undeserved insults at me.
It's not that I didn't like it . It's that I went in in excruciating pain and then I left and got.home in more pain then when I went in now I'm sitting home on i.b profin wich dot work crying g like a baby so thanks for that !!
