One of the most unprofessional dentist offices that I have ever been to. The manager was not helpful at all. She told me all a bunch of nonsense about how my insurance would cover everything and that it takes a moth for the insurance company to approve the procedure. 6 months later, they tell me that insurance company doesn’t cover it. By that time, the teeth they (supposedly) fixed, were gone.They tell me that I need a 5 root canals. They never mentioned that those teeth would need caps. Today was my first time going to Dr. Dental for a teeth cleaning and check up. From start to finish it was a very good experience. The staff is wonderful and the dentist took his time explaining everything to me. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly atmosphere and would definitely recommend this place!
