Everyone was very nice, the facility was very clean and spacious with an area to keep my 2 yr old occupied. I understand completely that drs offices can run behind.... but my appt was at 330 and I wasn't seen until 5. The girls kept coming in to apologize for the wait and that was the reason why I did continue to stay and wait to be seen. Had they not come in to check on me I would have left a long time ago.
The only thing i have a issue with is the emails to book appointments. Ive tried it many times and it dont work. Other than that everything is great the way it is.
Everyone I came in contact with worked in a timely manner with a consistent smile on their face! I was explained what was wrong and how to fix the problem in an easily understood way. Any questions I had were answered. Would highly recommend this dental facility!

Please reduce the wait time and make sure the cleaning is a bit more thorough. Otherwise, all was well.
