My doctor was booked for today. They recommended their location in Braintree. I get there early to fill out paperwork, watch Ellen. A guy comes in after me,but gets seen before me. Finally,my name is called, x-rays taken and I'm told,"We're busy,but we're open on Saturdays."
Good experience, my doctor made me feel comfortable and he explained everything where you can understand. Very friendly.
I was given 2 options for a cracked tooth and they were upset that I chose to extract it. I tried to make the appointment for extraction and no one has ever gotten back to me. Its almost like they are avoiding me as I chose the cheaper option. They told me a crown would only be temporary and I would need it pulled in three years. Getting a second opinion. Not too professional. Don't think I would ever go back.

I had a very good experience the only thing I recommend is the dentist should be there when the office opens I had to wait almost an hour for the dentist to get there..
I called them because I suspected I had an abscessed wisdom tooth & they got me right in. Everyone there was nice & very professional. As it turns out my suspicions had been correct about the aching tooth. I was given motrin for pain & antibiotics for the infection. We collectively decided to pull the tooth rather than go through major expense to do a root canal & a crown. Came back a few days later, to let the infection subside & had the tooth removed.
