Dr. Modani & Flor are the best.
The waiting time (even though we had an appt.) is always way too long
From the front desk to the back room....everybody was warm, friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome, they gave me reassurance, they protected me, and made me fearless. I went back 3 times within 2 weeks to clean and fill my teeth. With them it's was a cinch....no more fear of the dentist.... thanks Dr Dentist I love you and my kids will too.
I really appreciate the time and effort the staff took to make me feel comfortable.
I just feel like they are so desperate in getting your money instead of providing you with great service. The environment is just alright when compared to, say, Pearl Dental. The most annoying thing was the reminding calls, texts, and emails. They called me several times prior to the appointment, texted me two days before it, and then one more email reminding me of the appointment. Come on.
