The incompetence and unprofessional behavior of the reception staff is unlike anything I have ever experienced. After having my appointment scheduled for over a week they confirmed, called to cancel, reconfirmed the appointment and then called me twenty minutes prior to the appointment to cancel. If the dentistry is anything like the way this branch is operated I sincerely feel sorry for the patients. *They keep deleting this haha

The incompetence of the staff at reception was something I have never encountered before. Reschedule, cancel, confirm, cancel 20 minutes before the appointment. If the dentistry is anything like how this branch is run I feel sincerely bad for the patients.
My daughter went to the enfield office for cleaning & x-rays, no painful teeth or anything. Apparently she had some cavities that needed fillings. She went back to have that done & ever since then she has teeth sensitivity & severe teeth pain!! I don't know what he did but never going back! She is now going to see another dentist elsewhere to see what the hell he did! Not happy at all. Do not recommend this place!!
Went in for a root canal 2 years ago and it is still infected. I went back to dr dental to fix it and dentist told me it was fine. Switched to new dentist who told me it was infected and said they couldn't fix it, dr dental has to. So now I suffer. Thanks, dr dental!
I went for a root canal and it was simple, easy, and clean with no pain whatsoever. Dr.Venkata and Charmaine were very wonderful and did everything to make me have a great experience. I would recommend Dr.Dental 100%
I had a lot of respect for my Dentist. However after spending thousands of dollars on my full dentures. It has been a year since my permanents have been in... I throw up at least 3 to 5 times a day. They are horrible and now if I want to go get an adjustment it is 67 dollars plus change out my pocket to do this....I have told him from the beginning something was wrong. NO ONE should have to live like this...HORRIBLE
