Best dermatology team in the business!
On November 27th I placed order 5078347 and you immediately deducted my account but never advised to when I should receive my products. I’ve sent three emails to customer service and called your Customer service line multiple times but have not received a call back. This is bad business. I held my obligations by paying so I would appreciate a call back with details as to when I should have a date and tracking number. 404-964-0376

The entire experience from being greeted at the front desk to the consultation and treatment with Dr Reich and expert care by Jennifer was truly amazing. Dr. Dennis Gross is an innovator and truly cares about his patients - as does his entire staff. The value they deliver is second to none.
Dr. Gross is very approachable and was very concerned about my breakouts and what was causing them! He asked about products and medication I was using. Not many times am I asked by a MD what changed in my products or diet since I was last seen.
