He Listens Very Well to Whatever Your Needs and Pain is. His Staff is Second to NONE!
Dr. Petersen, his wife, Jo, and his staff are amazing. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and the best of care. Were it not for Dr. Petersen, my son would still be housebound (he was for eight years). He’s the only doctor we saw who really cares. We are lucky we found him. Now we just have to make sure he doesn’t retire.
The office hours for this place makes it very difficult to work for a typical persons schedule. Open Monday through Thursday 9 to 11 and 2 to 4, they take a 3 hour lunch. So you cant schedule an appointment so that you get to work a little late or leave a little early. Also you cant slightly shift your lunch an hour to make appointment then. Also this place is very dated, you see that in the machines, decor and they dont even have the ability to email paperwork. It is quite mind boggling.
This doctor was awful. He spent much of his time scribbling away on his clipboard than asking me what my symptoms were and properly diagnosing me. In fact, because he was so busy and quick to get through me and move on, he missed diagnosed me. When I went to my pharmacy I was prescribed a medicine to treat abdominal pain and stomach cramps even though I clearly stated that I wasn't feeling those symptoms. I find the office to be clean and well run. Gets me in fast and takes care of my needs. Highly recommend Dr. Petersen!
I found Dr. Petersen and his staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have even been able to see him on a same day appointment.
Very unfriendly doctor, He does not care about your problem. He does not even do eye contact. Just care about monetary charges.
