This is a very disorganized office. The doctor TRIES to run the office, however she is rude. Its one thing to wait patiently your turn for a specialist , When the specialist doesn’t have enough courtesy to show up to her own practice until it’s been open for three hours, it’s unacceptable and disrespectful. I fired this doctor and found a new one in my life is much better. She is a nasty unkind person.
Do NOT go to this doctor. I would always be seen 1 to 2 hours after my appointment time. The doctor prescribed me several medications that did not work and told me I would be on a nebulizer for the rest of my life. I nebulized daily do to this. Later, I got blood work done for allergy testing downstairs. For my next appointment, they said they no longer accept my insurance and "lost" my allergy test results. A great doctor visit and the staff are great. They took the time with me and explained changes adding nebulizing medications and worked with me on my care plan. I am feeling hopeful that my breathing difficulties will improve.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m a lawyer and I made an appointment for a new patient visit. I took an entire afternoon off for the appointment. When I arrived three weeks later they told me that I was not in their system and the doctor could not see me. I explained the situation, but no effort was made to correct their error. The receptionist has terrible customer service skills. She was condescending and absolutely not helpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR. GO ELSEWHERE.
I went to Dr. Gonzales and was diagnosed with Asthma, Bronchitis, and severe sinusitis problems with only one test done on me by the receptionist. I left her office with 5 prescription and one those prescription gave me a bad reaction and I have to go to the emergency room and I couldn't work for a week. I went to another Allergy Asthma Consultants and after done tests on me I don't suffering any those symptoms above. Please be carefully with this doctor. She gave me the wrong diagnostic.
Dr. Gonzalez provides truly exceptional care. She listens, and clearly explains all of the inner workings of my allergies, asthma, medicines, and how the body responds to all of the above. I would be willing to bet that she has a high success rate of treating patients. I have a true partner in my health care. She has set the bar for all future medical providers, for me.
If I could put a 0/5 I would. Bad Customer Service. I contacted their offices to set up a new patient appt. I was advised to print and bring in their new patient packet filled out to steamline the visit. I admit that I had forgotten it when I went in and so I decided to go an hour earlier than my appt to fill that out while other patients are dealt with since she is the only dr in the office and so as expected would have to deal with each patient one at a time. Diagnosed me with asthma and wondered how I could professionally swim with my condition. I went for a second opinion and they told me I was fine and gave me allergy medicine.
This doctor is as "good as they come"! She spends time with her patients and provides comprehensive and consistent care. She WILL help you if you follow her recommendations and she WON'T STOP until you feel better. I have been a patient for over 8 years. I hope she NEVER retires or leaves the Central FL area
