When speaking about Dr. Griffin you cannot say enough. Dr Griffin is very professional, caring and super compassionate. Dr Griffin’s professionalism and expertise is beyond phenomenal. From the consultation to the post operative period, him and his staff are very inclusive they make sure you are well aware of everything that is going on and also educate you on the unexpected things that can come about. I highly recommend him to anyone that has a surgical need.
Dr Griffin did a good job on my procedure but everything went down hill after that when it came to billing and trying to get help. 10 months worth of fighting incorrect billing only to be told it is ultimately my responsibility. They billed my insurance 18k+ over and over, same billings, half billing over and over just trying to confuse everything so the patient thinks they are stuck with it.
