Very relaxing visit and professional service!
Had a great experience here! It was my first time, super easy to find. They sent me which part of Warwick mall it was best to park at and what entrance to take. I completed my online forms the day before and it was super easy to check out. My appointment was about 30 minutes. I did not feel rushed and they answered all of questions . Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the eye doctors to next door when I picked out my glasses. Dr Scott Hacker was great, informative and caring. Unfortunately, the experience prior to seeing him was bad. The phone calls from the office ahead of time and the initial check in were both bad experiences with staff that were short, rude, and implied that any questions or issue were my fault. Very poor customer service.
Always a great place to deal with.
