I would literally NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Deepali Kashyap is far from professional and is an uninformative disgrace of someone who claims to be all about the betterment of her patients. My wife received terrible service, professionalism and information regarding her request for a biopsy. This has been a scary journey for my wife so far and Dr.Kashyap has only added to not only her fear, but her lack of solidified information as well. I also decided to come here and share my experience because it seems that several other women have gone through exactly what I did with this office. A condescending doctor, and occasionally competent staff, and an overall stressful experience. I was denied my medication because the doctor said it was her preference that I get bloodwork every six months, even though it is only required every year anywhere else that I have gone and was too expensive for me to do out-of-pocket. I haven’t had any issues with reaching the office and I appreciate the attention to detail about HRT. I use the portal to communicate not by leaving a message and I have never had an issue. It’s sad to see how a drs rating is based on their personality and not their level of knowledge.
I’ve had a difficult time reaching this office by phone. It’s been about two weeks of trying to call at different times, and I even tried calling continuously for 30 minutes during my break without anyone answering. The last phone call I received from the office was weeks ago, prior to these two weeks of trying to reach someone.
