Each of my visits required me to wait more than an hour. After more than an hour of waiting, her front desk personnel is incredibly impolite when you question how much longer. When their patients ask specific inquiries, they all respond with attitude. They start disparaging the patient as soon as they end the calls from other patients. It's incredibly unprofessional.
Dr. Tajran is very thorough and completed my non-pregnancy-related ultrasound herself, which pleasantly surprised me. Usually techs do it, and they cannot interpret the imaging on the spot like she did. I have to say, though, her clinics (this one and the one in El Cajon) have long wait times. Once, my appointment was even canceled as I sat in the waiting room because Dr. Tajran was called in to do a delivery. I have been with Dr Tajran for years already she has delivered all 3 of my children she is very knowledgeable and I am always very happy and satisfied with her medical care.
Had to wait for over an hour for each of my appointments. Her front desk staff is extremely rude when you ask how much longer when you’ve been waiting for over an hour. They all give attitude to their patients when they ask certain questions. After they get off the calls from other patients they immediately start talking crap about the patient. It’s so unprofessional.
