Would recommend going to a different doctor and doctor’s office. Dr Salim fails to provide care and the staff, specifically Niki, are rude. You also can’t get through to the office, sitting on hold forever. I do like Richard Jones though. After being seen just last month, they delayed and ultimately failed to call in a preventive treatment for the flu, as recommended by a fellow UPMC doctor. If you are healthy this is the doctor for you. However, if you are older or sick stay clear. You can not go into office if you are sick so be prepared to pay for a ER or a an Urgent care visit. If you need anything slightly out of the ordinary like to help with simple mobility you are off to special list. If you have arthritis expect to go to specialist, everything is a specialist. Dr.Salim is knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. She takes time and listens. A staff member on her team told me she is his PCP. Highly recommend!
