I had my C&P exam with Dr. Heck who was contracted through LHI. My exam was scheduled at 2pm for 75 minutes. It was 205 before she called me back to begin the exam. I left the building at 225. Google location service confirmed this. My shoulder was dislocated in the military, had a surgery that followed and constant pain with range of motion loss.
