Dr. Debra Chaeng is an extraordinary psychiatrist in every way. She is extremely positive, supportive, insightful and extremely professional. I really enjoy our visits and always feel grounded and positive after our consultations. Bailey and the rest of the front office staff are also very professional and enthusiastic. I always feel as if I have to be happy around her. She laughs at the strangest moments, even when I’m telling her about my symptoms. It makes me uncomfortable because these things aren’t funny. It’s like she minimizes my experiences.
Dr. Cheang is effectively managing my symptoms with a minimal level of medication adjustment. She knew exactly which medications would be effective. I would recommend her to others. The only thing that bothers me is how short our sessions are.
I don't think she is very helpful. She's stubborn about being willing to try new medicines. I don't think she's very caring, either.
Unimpressed This woman doesn't know up from down. She seemed to be new to her own practice because she couldn't even help herself. She spoke very condescending and seemed unwilling to help.
