i've been a patient of dr graetz longer then i can remember. never have any problems with her or her staff. very professional. trust her and staff with my life.
I have been a patient of Dr. Graetz for over a decade. She is without question the best Doctor I have ever had. She is very professional, personable, and has never made me feel rushed or not important. She and her staff Sarah and Marlene are just as great !
I always feel comfortable and valued with Dr Graetz. She not only listens when I talk, but she remembers what I said, which is so very important for me in choosing a healthcare provider. I find her to be professional and still personable, and I appreciate the way she and her staff welcome me on my appointments.
Dr. Graetz is very knowledgeable and explains things well without talking down to you. She called me personally at home after hours to tell me a test result that I had been waiting for. Not many doctors care that much.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Graetz!! She is nothing short of amazing! She was referred to me when I moved to Traverse City 10 years ago, & has been my doctor ever since! She has the biggest heart of any doctor I have ever known. She truly, cares about her patients! She w/o a doubt is in this business for all the right reasons and shows is with the tremendous care she shows her clients like myself. From calling me after hours, to the hugs I get when I see her in town! Amazing!!
Dr Graetz is awesome, however the reception staff is sometimes difficult to work with. also, the patient portal is questionable due to the fact that I can never get a response back when I ask questions or try to reschedule an appointment.
