I had a deeply disappointing experience with this healthcare provider. I scheduled an appointment for a root canal, which ultimately was not performed due to medical reasons. Unfortunately, the rationale behind this decision was not communicated clearly or appropriately. Horrible experience. Dr. Carri was so very rude ( and her staff were also extremely rude). She wanted to do another root canal after I was having pain, blaming me for the reason. She didn’t do any scans to prove I needed another root canal. I got a second opinion and another Endodontist did a scan and said I didn’t need another root canal. She was dishonest. Never had such a horrible experience.
Dr. Carri made my first root canal very easy. The staff was kind and informative, as well. Would definitely recommend!
I am usually not one for writing reviews but I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Dr Carri. Very professional and keeps your discomfort at the bare minimum. I only wish that she was available to be my regular dentist.
Doctor Debra Carri was knowledgeable and caring. Very professional service and staff.
I had my very first root canal procedure performed by Dr. Carri in March 2022. She did an excellent job. I experienced minimum discomfort and the results were good. My tooth pain has gone. The nurse was very experienced. I like her. I have no issues with insurance payment.
Dr Carri was wonderful. She was very reassuring and inspired great confidence in me that the work was being done quickly and expertly. She was so skilled in administering Novocain that I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Impressive! I would definitely recommend her.
If it were possible to give fewer starts I would. This was one of the worst health care experiences I have ever had. Dr. (and I use that word loosely) Carri is rude, condescending, patronizing, and arrogant. She stole my money and then refused to do the procedure because she insists on using notoriously faulty blood pressure cuffs. She is just another bottom-feeder in a predatory industry. From start to finish the admin & tech staff and Dr Carri are skilled, prompt & professional & on point. After 50 + years of going to the dentist, my visits with Dr. Carri and her entire staff were the most effective, efficient and pleasant I have ever experienced. Their patient care is top notch! I would reccommend them in a heartbeat.
