So i returned back to Dr.Debra Coates-Walton’s office after a year of success. I am so amazed at my experience with the Doctor and and her staff. They are kind, professional, great listeners, and always make you feel right at home. Dr, you are the best.! Again, I say thank you for such an amazing appointment.
Love Dr. Walton, when I can see her but that is rare. But her staff will leave you on hold for 15-20 minutes on average EVERY TIME YOU CALL!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
the worst dermatologist I have ever been to. I went to her office in January 2019 made a appointment with dr. coates was seen by her was seen by her assistant. I had sores in my head it took 2 weeks before they new what it was and then they called in a prescription for cypro don't no why they didn't tell, had to call and ask. Went back 2 times after that still have problem. called 3 times to talk to Dr. coates, left messages. never return my call til this day 2-25-19, very unprofessional.
while I cannot not speak about Dr. coats-Walton personally because I've only seen the P.A. in her office. I had a script written for which is now unavailable, between the pharmacy and I trying to contact the office to get another medicine have been unsuccessful. Either your on hold, hung up on or the computer system is down. I would never recommend this office. It takes nothing for me to move on.
So disappointed, dissatisfied with Dr. Coats-Walton’s sebaceous cyst removal. The assistant tried to talk me out of it. Dr. Coats-Walton’s procedure took less than 2 mins. The incision became infected. Was prescribed an antibiotic. The infection went away but noticed that the cyst returned and was bigger. During 3rd appt was told that Dr. was on a conference call & couldn’t come to see me. That same assistant told me that removal isn’t wouldn’t be successful and I should learn to live with it!
She removed something from my leg that had been there for many years. She did a great job and I am very pleased.
I had an extremely positive experience here. The staff was quick and attentive. Dr. Coates-Walton was professional yet amiable and caring. She prescribed a cream to help creepy skin and carefully provided cosmetic services. I highly recommend Dr. Coates Watson. The office even offered to have her stay slightly after closing to accommodate my hours.
I would not recommend this office. They are unprofessional and mess up scheduling all the time.
In the last year, scheduling with Dr. Walton has been a nightmare. Most recently, her office called me to reschedule on three separate occasions. This last time they called 30 mins prior to the appointment and the next available appointment isn't until January. I understand emergencies come up. Doctors are people too. However, I've been trying to get an appointment since October and these multiple reschedulings should at least get me higher priority for the next appointment. Very disappointing!
