Good treatment but poor bedside manner
Dr Kowalchuk and her staff were very patient and friendly. Took the time to explain my condition and different types of treatment. I never felt rushed or unimportant. I would definitely recommend her for your foot or ankle problems.
Dr. Kowalchuk pinpointed the probable location of the source of my pains around my left outer ankle. No broken bones. I feel better about healing with the PT prescription and foot-ankle brace. Thank you, Doctor.
Everything was done well and professionally. I would use her again myself.
She gave me all the details about my problem. She gave me all possible treatments. What I liked the most was the time she gave during this visit
She listened to my issues first and advised accordingly.
She was professional and hurried. I assume she was booked up and had more important things to do. It's all good, I guess. But I would not choose her again.
I’ve returned to dance after cancer. I got a sprain. I had seen her many years ago for plantar fasciitis and she was just as awesome this time. Really cares about getting you safely back to what you love!
So far very satisfied. I feel she is being very cautious because I have so many general health issues that have made my recovery time more challenging for her and me. No issues except she is a Phillies fan.
