Dr. Nixon was patient and very thorough and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She developed a treatment plan for me and I was satisfied overall with the visit.

Just went to Dr, Nixon today for an overall body and skin check. When I made the appointment I told them I had several concerns that I wanted her to address which I listed on the patient form they ask to to fill out. Her only concern was to get on to the next patient and would not discuss or look at my scalp or toes. Aren't those part of my body! All she wants are the fees paid to her! If you want a good exam or have more then one concern, GO ELSEWHERE. Now I need to go to another dr.!!

Had horrible bruising and swelling after treatment. Was told "sorry". This business does not care about patient care or satisfaction. I will never return.

Dr. Nixon will not call in refills to hold me until I get back into town! That means I will be stopping mid treatment, not weaning off as she told me at appt. I explained to her that I cannot physically be there since I cannot be in two places at once; I will be on trip across the country. But she did not even attempt to call in just two refills to hold me until I return! Needless to say, I will never return to her! She is not caring. She is just after money. I do not recommend Dr. Nixon!!!!!

Mis-diagosed an obvious basal cell carcinoma. Said it was a papilloma and nothing to worry about. As it continued to increase in size, and as I have a history of skin cancer (2 previous basal cells) and I am over age 50, I was concerned. Went back for a second visit and at my insistence she agreed to remove it although it was nothing. 3 days later received a call from a member of her office staff saying it was cancer and to contact a Mohs surgeon. Doctor should have called me directly.
