I've visited with Dr Mulligan for pink eye for my 5 year old using MDLIVE and she was amazing. Very caring and took care of my issue promptly. The prescription was at my local walgreens in less than an hour!! Fantastic experience and would definetlty see again!!
Horrible experience with this doctor on MDLIVE. She refused to prescribe my daughter a basic antibiotic even though she had a fever and ear pain. She wasn't sure if it may be something worse, so her solution was to do nothing for her. An antibiotic could have only helped. We're in the middle of blizzard here and I can't leave the house to bring her to a doctor's office. I hope she's satisfied knowing she did nothing for a 4 year old girl who needed her help.
