I used to struggle with sugar cravings. I thought I needed sugar every day and some before I would go to bed, that is until I Heard about Dr Debbie’s coaching through addictions. I went with it and never turned back my sugar addiction has been conquered and I had an even worse addiction to potato chips and she help me with that as well. I don’t even crave chips anymore. I recently had a remote zoom session to support me in shifting some energies that were causing unwanted physical manifestations. During the session I felt more relaxed, my breathing opened up and my mind felt much clearer. The pain I was feeling in my head and stomach also let up for quite a few hours afterward. Very plesant and beneficial experience.
